Anne has won much acclaim in Ireland and abroad as a guest lecturer and regularly gives illustrated talks about her work as a biographer and on the subject of her books.

Anne continues to conducted the annual Wanderwoman tour of sites and places connected with Grace O’Malley in counties Mayo and Galway. Wanderwoman is an international woman-only organisation who arrange tours to places associated with historic women in America, Greece and Ireland. ’ Grace O’Malley continues to do her bit for Irish tourism,’ Anne says.
